      Pros

      - Stable work environment - Clear defined tasks - Company pension scheme - Working with very experienced colleague (although I was by far the youngest person)

      Cons

      - Wrote lots of concepts under time pressure (to keep the project in time) after which the projects where just turned down completely. This made me actually think that my work is not really valued. - Restructuring the company almost every year. - 7 or 8 levels of management - Trainings barely got approved - No time given for personal projects to train yourself.
