relatively good starter package at the beginning (salary, insentives), friendly and mostly helpful employees, many discounts available at partner companies, free health check every year
Cons
at some departments it's hard to get a promotion or an upgraded salary, the company getting bigger and bigger so slower and slower (less competitive) which is frustrating
