Unrealistic target set by middle management all the way to top. Efficiency target being set out but the grouse in the lower level management/engineer never being taken into consideration. Imbalance workload among the team (process related team is way too relaxed compared to technical team expecially on service operation area. Even change creation, chasing approval, performing quality check, attending CAB call and filling out all the detail being furnished out by technical team!). You need to be in the "clan" to be selected on your career progression. Else you will be stuck forever on your post (manager will block every single chance to move into diff role/team especially on the one who performs well).Move out to expand your career progression elsewhere
