      Pros

      The pros include the people. Great people to work with and partner with. Paid time off is excellent, as is the compensation and the benefits program.

      Cons

      The challenge is working for a German company and being micro-managed by the Germans. T-Systems is a German company operating internationally versus a global company based in Germany which makes a huge difference.

      Decision-making can be slow due to large corporate structure. Salary growth may feel slower than at startups or U.S.-based tech companies.
