      Location and Facilities West Pune prime location Work life Balance as there is very less work

      Cons

      * Palgarism * Regionalism * Groupism ( ex Cognizant ) discards * HR policies ( Variable encashment) . If you have not paid your resources variable those who were on payroll till 1st Jan then you are stealing there money. * Leave encashment on basics * Lack of professionalism
