      Pros

      Good culture, work-life balance, education, internal coding and testing schools for interns. Overall good managers. There are couple innovative departs that seems to be interesting to work in. Clear promotion process, opportunities to grow.

      Cons

      Projects might be boring. I heard about problematic German customers, but in my project they were very nice people. Legacy code support in some projects
