Pros
Have some excellent people. Had good knowledge and in the past. Strong in Germany and Austria.
Cons
Have some excellent people but do all to lose them. No longer any Telecom know no know in upper management, loosing key advantages and now developments. Key is savings at any cost or consequences. Focus on Germany only. No real HR concept or direction, getting target to save on employee trainings, agree to stop all activities, can not be a good target.
