Pros
- Good benefits, especially the medical benefits - Flexible working environment - Staff welfare fund is allocated to organize social activities for staff, e.g. team building event, annual dinner, etc.
Cons
- Poor compensation policy - staff being requested to take on new role/tasks without proper compensation - No proper training/program to develop team lead/manager - Re-organization every year - Under-performed staff not being penalized but able to take on new role (or even promotion) after every re-organization took place - Too Germany centric
