      T-Systems heeft techisch sterk ontwikkelde teams en levert kwalitatief hoogwaardige storage- en hosting services. Dit zie je ook terug in de goede scores in customer surveys.

      Cons

      T-Systems heeft een aantal sterke logo's (o.a. Shell). Groei is echter veelal organisch binnen bestaande accounts wat ze kwetsbaar maakt. Daarnaast zie je een daling van marges op storage en hosting services waar T-Systems traditioneel sterk is.
