      Though it is part of well known global group, it is start up for India. More opportunities and engagements to learn. There is always value for hardworking and dedication. less political environment compared other IT companies in India. If you are hungry, you have more potential opportunities. T-Systems is a open door policy company, so you can reach out anyone globally.

      Cons

      More focus required to hire quality people, Top Leadership should engage right leaders to lead the team, not just only know technical qualities. Inspire, motivate and lead the team and avoid partiality in both locations in India. HR policies should improve employee friendly.
