      Great work environment, focused and friendly team, good benefits, fun initiatives made by the company, flexibility of schedules, national and international projects with large clients, company that cares about the customer and the quality of service provided.

      Cons

      Define a plan of activities and trainings for the interns (we often do not know what to do) and draw up a career plan based on goals and merit.
