None in the current environment, was a great company some years ago however ineffective cost reductions in Germany mean the counties need to compensate for the losses
Cons
It is like being in Gods waiting room , you walk in every day expecting to be told your job is going or your at risk.. Good team mates are leaving every week and those that are left are just waiting for more cuts and reductions. Even the core benefits like cars and restaurants are being removed or cut back.
