Pros
-Good benefits like among the best compared to other IT company -Good team leader -Work outside of office is possible -Training provided depending on the manager or department -Bonuses - Good friends
Cons
- Micro manage. If you made mistake then you will get warning letter and possibility to be terminated - Low increment - Systems/tools are not up to date or par compare to other company - Not enough working hours or "in the office" will get show cause letter. System doesn't sync. Need to justify why hours insufficient even-though you were taking half day. - If you have been under PIP and have improved the record will not be erased and chances to be lay off is high
