      German Work Culture Influence. Opportunity to work with international colleagues on innovation. Magenta Brand Learning Resources Work life balance

      Office Politics (India) Incompetent Leadership (India) Unethical Practices (India) If you are someone who is knowledgable, expert and wants to achieve great results, T-Systems India is not for you. Senior leadership do not like these kind of people. If you do nothing, praise your seniors, don't question the decision of higher management, misuse company resources, welcome to T-Systems India, You will get growth, praise, appraisals and big positions. Don't think about Company's success rather just align with what management is doing though you think it's not good for company.
