Cons
There are still many integration and management issues in the Med2 team. In many cases, decisions are influenced by a small group of people, which reduces wider technical participation and open discussion. Management approach is not consistent across teams. Sometimes personal relationships seem to have more influence than technical contribution or delivery performance. This affects team morale and limits independent ownership.
