It may sound like a review from a person who was treated badly and hence is writing this in hate (I know because I judge the reviews in the same way here), but trust me, I have been doing really well in the company (except the increment, that's universal here) and I have collated reviews from all of my team mates and this is the average of it all.
1. As mentioned in the title, it is worse than SBI. If you raise a request for something, expect it to be accepted or rejected after 2 months.
2. There is immense hierarchy in this company. You are not allowed to reach out to your manager's manager. I tried, never got a response and got an escalation for doing so.
3. There are literally no facilities available in the office and yet you are expected to be there twice or thrice a week for atleast 6 hours. No food, no snacks, coffee is the worst that everyone has to go out for a coffee. (and the out time is monitored).
4. There is micromanagement (atleast in most of the teams). Even if you dont have anything to do for a week, you still have to come, punch in, sit for 6 hours (minus out time) and then leave.
5. The career growth is very very very slow. Expect an annual increment of 1% on an average in all teams and no promotion even if you do exceptional work but you haven't completed 8-10 years in the company.
6. There are rules written in stone and no one in the company is going to help you in the time of need. Everyone just does exactly how much they are paid for.
7. My friends receive big diwali gifts like vaccum cleaner or really nice hampers whereas T systems gives you a lunch box or a bag that you get during onboarding (laughing Smilie).
8. The company is poor and miser in terms of spending on employees or even on giving better equipment for work.
