Pros
Filled with nice co-workers. Good work life balance. Flexible timings. Comparatively lesser work stress. Had some more pros when I joined, which faded away later on.
Cons
Lot of cons. Especially for freshers. Gotta pay 3 lakhs INR refundable deposit. Handover your all educational certificates and sign for a 3 years bond. No salary hikes in that 3 year period. Illogical appraisal process and ratings. Can't expect more than 20K take home salary when you're under agreement period. Won't get any recognition or appraisal that you deserve, which will be passed for the one's who pretend to be a hard worker and personally close with management, managers and TLs.
