Good company in a tough industry - Prepress Operator T/O Printing Employee Review

The company was open to providing inventive and creative products to keep customers satisfied. Management was reeptive and supportive of sales reperesentatives and able to meet tight deadlines.

Most of the employees were very tainted and bitter about the conditions of their employemnt. The stress level was extremely high and the chain of command in the production department was unreliable. Schedule on the production floor could be altered by the throwing of a temper tantrum.

Salaries & wages need to be higher than minimum wage for all employees, business on decline unless new customers can be identified and new technologies incorporated into business
