Pros
We have a great team and all get on really well. It's usually a very relaxed and comfortable work place. Stock is always changing so I've learn a lot about brands and all sorts of products I've some come and go and developed good organisation skills.
Cons
I think we need more staff a lot of the time to flow, cover the tills and just help out in places needed. Sometimes I feel I have a lot of work I'm expected to do in a day and it can get stressful when somedays I have a lot of stock that's left to put out and given jobs that can take up to a couple hours if done properly and having to go on the fitting room for an hour and having to go on the tills when the que builds up as we only have 2 people on tills whilst also trying to maintain my massive department which can get very messy.
