You get a lot of holiday time. Everyone at the same level gets paid the same about for above the minimum wage for under 21's. They have a pay in pension scheme and recently they introduced life insurance too free of charge on the company. It's fast pace and there are many different aspects you can work from till and fitting rooms to merchandising and processing.
Cons
Over the peak period of becomes difficult if you have other priorities to juggle such as being a student and needing to travel home but they too are very good at trying to adapt as best they can giving options of working two out of Christmas Eve, Boxing Day, new years eve and New Years day.
