4 years - Sales Associate T.K. Maxx Employee Review

I have wanted to move up for 4 years. Forever determined and giving my all. I was left unrecognised. I asked for more hours considering i was on 8 hours and needed to pay bills. They refused. And because i asked. Management cut any overtime totally so i was poor and had to seek another job. They purposely underpay you for the week because they are understaffed and give too much overtime. You dont get the right wages because theyve gone over their limit and dont want head office to not give them their bonus. Theres loopholes everywhere.
