Pros

One of the first fleet dispatch service companies. Friendly atmosphere among employees.

Cons

Unreliable and manipulative management, messy code base, untested development processes, salary delays. The management expects the employees to "understand" when they cannot pay for more than even a few months in a row. There is no chance of professional growth here. Lack of basic hygiene-processes that lead to few outbreaks of flu. Lack of fire safety. Management orchestrates situations where employees verbally fight each other, in order to eliminate an employee within his/her probation period. This has happened multiple number of times. The general mood of the company is gloomy mainly caused by salary delays and issues with the unfriendly management. Go for this company only if you are extremely desperate for a job. Highly NOT recommended.

Pros

T Dispatch is a great company with an interesting and high potential to cover the needs in the fleet management sector. There is also a big opportunity to be a contra part for UBER. There are great people, a great environment for developers, because you have the possibility to bring in your own style, your creativity and ideas to implement a cool and successful product.

Cons

I have never seen so many lazy people, especially developers. Working time 10am to 5pm, with more than 2 hours lunch break. There are/were developers thinking they are a manager instead of doing their job - being a developer and to develop a SaaS solution. There are/were people (not only developers) playing games, forcing rumors and having all the time a bad attitude.
