Poor management, lack of knowledge, pretending they know many things. The CEO started from an apprentice, stayed in the company all his life. You can imagine how wise he will be. Everyone is related to everyone, e.g. either that’s someone’s else daughter, or someone’s cousins/ brothers/ sisters. Be aware that you don’t complain to anything to HR. That’s the daughter of the second man in the company. If you are office based, there’s no work from home for you. You will be getting in every freaking day at 8 am till 5 pm.
