      Pros

      + Culture is very friendly, active and helpful + Roles / Jobs are created as needed and as long as it benefits the company you can ask them to create that role for you + Flexible work hours and location besides some meetings and customer contact + Corporate benefits program and compensation for costs you take on due to work

      Cons

      - Sometimes the flexibility in the organization hinders progress with work (- Focus on only SAP so pretty specialized)
