      Pros

      Worked in two companies previously but learnt nothing new whereas here I got the perfect exposure in data management and data visualization. You use a lot of SQL, ETL tools and Tableau to get the work done. The most major advantage is that it is an analytics consulting company, hence you get to work with different clients from all domains. Not only do you learn new techniques to solve challenging business problems, but also necessary domain knowledge.

      Cons

      The company is still trying to make a mark in the analytics field and hence slightly unstructured.

      1. Working in a start-up environment like SYUM you will learn a lot and explore a lot of technologies. 2. Initially Training is provided when you join as an Intern and later on based on your performance you will be assigned to a live project. 3. The best part is you need to handle and solve the problems on your own off-course seniors are there to help but first, you need to try on your own. 4. The best thing about SYUM is Flexible Timing and you don't have to sit for long hours not only in SYUM but in this analytics field (Personal Opinion). 5. You will get a lot to learn

      Cons

      1. Alternate Saturdays are off it would be great if all Saturdays are kept off to spend some time with family and friends. 2.If salary can be paid a little higher than it is right now for full-time as well as for Interns.
