      Pros

      The salary is good and the work-life balance is ok.

      Cons

      For many people, the workplace can be overwhelming due to the intense emotions involved. Employees' efforts often go unnoticed unless they have worked there for five years, at which point they receive a bottle of champagne and an extra day off. Respect seems to be based more on position rather than contributions. Additionally, employees and customers endured the heat all summer because management was unwilling to invest in air conditioning.

      The team were generally great, good facilities

      Cons

      Managers have created terrible atmospheres and for the wage they are on they should be leading by example.
