      Systum is a fantastic company to work for. When you join the team, you're really joining a family. We are all working extremely hard toward a common goal to deliver the best product to our customers and we're intensely focused on delivering daily. We work hard, but we also have a ton of fun. Management is committed to helping employees have the tools they need to succeed, learn, and advance. The culture at Systum is positive and people enjoy coming to work. Exceptional benefits and company vacation policy.

      We work hard so if you're looking for easy, comfortable and average. This just isn't the place for you.

      Pros

      Technology is leading edge Market is interesting If the company is successful, we are successful Good benefits Excellent opportunity to be involved and actually provide direction into the product and the way the company is going. Opportunity to participate in Employee Share Option Scheme.

      Cons

      We all work hard to deliver, it is such a fast moving environment and the technology moves fast with it that you have to learn quickly. It's not such a con unless you want to sit and do the same day in day out, more of a requirement that you are interested in learning and progressing.
