Pros

This company is very stable and this is because of the responsible managers and the business strategy. The company has focused on investment on instrumentation and drug development to put 9 oncology drugs in human trials. Things are organized. Because the company moves it's candidates to human trials, everyone knows their work matters. The culture is quite serious, and in the laboratory, the quality of meaningful data is important. There is not major competition between drug programs, so everyone is solution oriented.

Cons

Because the deep drug pipeline, there is so much to learn, it is not common to fully appreciate all the aspects of what we are making. There isn't always time to celebrate people's great contributions. The facility is filling up, but still okay.

Pros

There appears to be plenty of opportunity for advancement, but much of it seems driven by high employee turnover rather than intentional career development. Management often alternates between creating an atmosphere where employees feel replaceable and emphasizing how essential their contributions are. It's common to hear messages suggesting anyone can be replaced, followed by praise for hard work and recognition that day-to-day operations depend on the team's efforts.

Cons

Leadership often tries to pursue too many priorities at the same time, with little acknowledgment that continually adding work to the production pipeline eventually creates bottlenecks and distractions rather than improving results. When priorities inevitably conflict or deadlines slip, responsibility tends to fall on individual contributors instead of the underlying planning and resource issues. Leadership and decision-making roles appear to lack meaningful diversity. Women and people of color are noticeably underrepresented in positions where key decisions are made, resulting in limited representation among those shaping the organization's direction.
