Pros
1. Manager is well versed with all the tech and projects and skills 2. All workers are cooperative 3. More focus on backend development rather than full stack development
Cons
1. At my time, Company was at severe loss. 2. Doesn't allow you to work on any other part or help others and just have to stick with one work at a time. Very bad way of working and managing tasks 3. There are more and more transparency issues and bad salary plus there is no security for yourself. 4. No amenities. Not even a single employee was happy and including me nearly 10 people left the company in only 3-4 months.
