Great benefits, health insurance is high for family - but that's just about everywhere these days, nice friendly co-workers, and the work days fly by as its quite busy in the call center.

Turnover rate is ridiculous One supervisor lacks compassion and lacks management skills Ten minute breaks are too short Company has rules that are only enforced on some employees Stress level can be high due to the type of calls we receive and having to watch our talk times adds more stress Only five paid holidays per year
