      Pros

      I have joined the company 10 months back. After working so long i am writing this genuine review. I have seen many bad reviews however after working here i feel all are fake. Yes the target & expectation is high but the company pays beyond my expectation. Weekly payment mode is the best ever mode i have seen. Salary is based on the performance. believe me i have earned 2 times more than 1L per month.

      Cons

      No Management layers. No office Laptop.

      I am working here last 8 months. I found STI is one of the best company in my career. Excellent benefits to the performers and best work culture.

      NO PROS about this company. Cheater company. they will take your salary, if you earn $100 then they will take $29..................

      False Promise. they will take % of your money. if you ask they will come up with many excuses. better stay job less than work free for this company.
