      Pros

      free housing with no internet? free pizza on Friday every TWO weeks.

      Cons

      the company trains you with 2 hours per day under a terrible instruction. after "training", they modify (exactly I should say put a false resume) representing you. They get at least $55/hour and pay you $28-30/hour for just submitting your resume to vendor. you have to lie that you have H1B and have around 6-7 years industrial experiences. because they are applying for you to senior positions. Why would you work for them if you can submit the resume by youself?

      It's only good if you have no other option

      Cons

      They provide minimal training but expect you to know everything, and if you don't, they will be very mad and blame you for your incompetency. They also modified your resume to 6-7 years experience and asked you to lie that you are on H1b during your interview. When you are actually applying for H1b or GC in the future, none of this "work experience" can be used because they are fake, and you will get into trouble when trying to "prove" your experience. (Yes, you need proof of experience when applying for H1b/GC). If you want to ruin your future, then do it.
