Pros

Decent stepping stone while looking for something better. Easy to get hired due to high turnover.

Cons

Employees outside the inner circle are treated like dirt. New hires and openly and loudly made fun of. Managers are miserable and take it out on the staff and lack management skills. Help desk techs are overworked with a constant barrage of phone calls while already working multiple tickets with no support. Outside of the small group of employees who have been there for many years, turnover is surprisingly high. The passive aggressive attitude of the president sets an example that others follow. It’s a miserable place to be.

Pros

Solid team Current industry IT and MSP standard equipment and software Company provided lunch on Fridays Knowledgeable staff (Overall, SII is a company that I truly appreciated the opportunity. The things that I learned while working there increased my desire to improve my skillset and evolve in the tech industry. They set the bar for expectations in an MSP workplace for me)

On site only Superiority complex experienced with second level technicians
