Nothing. It's a terrible place to work.

Cons

Hard hours, high staff turnover, no benefits, punishes disabled employees, constant beratement from government employees, does not punish slacking employees, company is about to lose contracts and go under.

Pros

Dependable hours. Steady paycheck. Free parking.

Cons

No Healthcare. No holiday pay. They will pay you the same pay rate as a regular day. Only double pay. YOU HAVE TO WORK THO! IF YOU DON'T, YOU RECEIVE NOTHING. Policies change constantly. No PTO for a year. Low pay for a Public Trust Clearence position. Management is remote. High turnover. Low call center morale due to management creating a divide amongst government workers and contractors by giving displinary actions for communicating with other employees and sharing techniques. Created confusion and uneasy working condition. No Advancement. No job security. Contract was extended twice then ended on March 31st, 2026 with 2 week notice. Management was dishonest.
