      Pay structure could be better. Plus the backend systems are a little old.

      Pros

      The Systemax team is wonderful. The people are open-minded, creative and enjoyable to work with. Management encourages problem-solving and gives the team confidence and support to make decisions. A very fun culture to work in, full of dog days, team-building activities and awesome people!

      Cons

      Many remote employees make it difficult to get to know people from other departments.
