Business Development staff and Marketing/Sales are protected by the Directors. No pipeline due to them not doing their job and despite it being highlighted months earlier resulting in redundancies yet no action against the BD sales side.

Staff are friendly, company is supportive of remote and flexible working.

With teams working offsite, and on other sites, it can sometimes be difficult to engage with others.
