      Pros

      Systemagic is a great place to work. Everyone works well as a team, with a relaxed but focused atmosphere. There are unlimited training opportunities, staff are looked after very well (drinks fridge, birthday cakes, workiversary gifts to name a few) There is a clear growth plan for the business that everyone is on board with and involved in. Winners of 'Great Place to Work'

      While we appreciate feedback from all perspectives, it's important to ensure its accuracy. In this case, we have never employed anyone from Florida, or the USA and do not recognise this individual. In the last 18 months, we have had a 100% employee retention rate (apart from one employee who we asked to leave, and has already left a review). Therefore, we believe this review has been left for the wrong company.

      Pros

      Great office atmosphere, fantastic colleagues and helpful managers. Having spent only 6 months at the company I can say it was one of the loveliest environments I've ever worked in. With a split week of 2 days working at home and 3 in the office everyone I had the pleasure to interact with was extremely helpful and made the social atmosphere of the company very friendly. Managers extremely patient with employees, and helpful getting me up to speed with the company in a new role.

      Cons

      Very little to note outside of the standard struggles of IT and dealing with certain customers which can't be helped by the company.
