      Pros

      The office atmosphere is amazing, The people at systemagic are some of the nicest and funniest people I've worked with. Always someone willing to lend a hand and always some jokes going around the office. There were also many benefits and perks while I worked there and as I am aware they are continuing to add more and make it an even better place to work.

      Cons

      Very rarely you will have to deal with some rude people, but that is the nature of the job.

      While we appreciate feedback from all perspectives, it's important to ensure its accuracy. In this case, we have never employed anyone from Florida, or the USA and do not recognise this individual. In the last 18 months, we have had a 100% employee retention rate (apart from one employee who we asked to leave, and has already left a review). Therefore, we believe this review has been left for the wrong company.

      Pros

      Great office atmosphere, fantastic colleagues and helpful managers. Having spent only 6 months at the company I can say it was one of the loveliest environments I've ever worked in. With a split week of 2 days working at home and 3 in the office everyone I had the pleasure to interact with was extremely helpful and made the social atmosphere of the company very friendly. Managers extremely patient with employees, and helpful getting me up to speed with the company in a new role.

      Cons

      Very little to note outside of the standard struggles of IT and dealing with certain customers which can't be helped by the company.
