Exciting mission. Intelligent and considerate people to work with. Great work/life balance. Good pay and benefits. Variety in work tasks. Autonomy, no micromanaging. I love coming to work!

It's a start up, so there is some uncertainty about the future. But the management is very transparent - I am sure there will be a fair notice if things change.

People are all professionals and top of their game, one of the benefits of a small startup I guess. Flexible work environment with multiple offices and work from home standards. Better than average benefits and solid pay. Trying to tackle some of the toughest unsolved healthcare problems in the developing world. Clear company values that are used as everyday justification / metrics for making tough decisions.

Sometimes has a lack of structure as to how the company does what it does which is probably typical of a startup and represents opportunities to grow and influence the solutions, but can be frustrating at times. Getting better in 2017.
