      Pros

      Nice outgoing people, very open to different ethnicity. Direct communication with CEO is an added bonus but also can be aggravating at times with change at the drop of a hat... makes hasty decisions.

      Cons

      No direction, NO HR in place, LOTS OF TURN OVER in management.. needs to get their act together prior to any more corporate hiring. CEO calls the shots, period.
