Pros

There is some flexibility with your time. However, if a project becomes urgent and there's no team to support you, you'll be expected to handle it alone—even as a new staff.

Cons

Salary is below the current market rate. Don't expect to receive EPF or SOCSO. Salaries are often delayed, and sometimes a full month's salary is missing. Financial management is unstable. If you have another offer from others company better go there..

Pros

Work life balance for employees

Cons

- No career growth, no increment, no bonus - Must figure out everything for yourself (no guidance and training) - site manager sometimes take advantages to new engineers especially fresh grade (must pay for their meals) - company do not provide proper guidance, once you work there, people expect you to know everything, - No EPF and KWSP although in payslip they already cut (their reason is "we in the middle of progress to proceed with payment") - Salary payment inconsistent. Do not expect to get paid on time, the higher your salary, the more headache you will get. - Upper managements have very bad money management, common sense, project budget judgement, costing estimation, often project will lost all margin when finished (not just margin, also negative on the capital)
