Pros
If management is ‘generous’ there are snacks in the break room (sometimes), decent benefits, free lunch every Wednesday. Staff is very communicative.
Cons
There isn’t much room for growth here, many products don’t sell enough so the company is very stingy with pay and even budget the lunches. Many employees seem very stressed out. Management keeps track of every little thing you do down to your break. There isn’t enough employees in the entire company so Covid pay doesn’t exist an there is a high turn over for a reason. There isnt proper training for new employees and the labs and files are unorganized. The majority of the employees are an older crowd; a few employees don’t get along with each other. Also, there isn’t ethnic diversity and they give fewer holidays & incentives than most companies in the Bay. Management will even gossip about others to other employees & have a sketchy way of monitoring salaried employees. Overall, this isn’t a good company, they exploit people for little pay & have a shady way of determining qualifications for the job. Because many of their products don't sell, there isn't much to do or even learn/grow from here. Don’t waste your time, skills, nor effort here.
