Lots of opportunity to learn new skills, however do not expect to be recognised for it or ask for a pay rise or promotion (people haven’t had pay rises in over 3 years). No structure or progression path. Poor salaries and a big difference in pay between different teams. A lot of work politics, if the MD or senior staff like you you can go far. Poor diversity and inclusion policies - all talk no action about how the company has a zero racism, sexism, ageism policy. Poor senior management. Poor vetting process when on boarding new starters (they don’t check references). Can treat employees like school children (they monitor what time you take your lunch break).
