The company is good for a fresher . You could extend and learn new techs if your project allows you(post 10-12hrs of project Work) Company encourages external certification and pays once you clear.
Cons
The entire decision making authority is depended upon couple of individuals.The various department that they showcase are just for namesake. The promotions,hike, onsite opportunity, project allocation all depends on luck and client. No initiative will be taken from company side. Though they portray as ML,AI,Hadoop and trending technology, only having a handful of projects in most case POC. In most cases the company takes up a migration project and try to milk the client as much as possible. Compared to earlier period, even the standard of hiring and training freshers have gone down. Since Onsite folks are working 16 odd hrs, They expect the same from offshore folks. As far as the info goes, it's a No for experienced folks(more package triple the return the company expect.both in terms of work /hrs spent / managing freshers ) As in all IT company, The management recognizes the contribution of an individual only when one decides to quit. The company has been around for 20 years still they are unable to grow more than 250+ folks offshore.
