Pros
Great product. The clinical staff are dedicated and value driven.
Cons
Not so much the administration. Departments are run as fiefdoms. You join the company and are inundated with tons of buzz words on values, principles and the 'Sysmex way'. All good on paper. Ultimately it's all about people's egos. The company's reputation is now widely known around the industry. Wouldn't recommend.
