Pros

Good sales training and product catalog

Cons

Zero work life balance. They tell you to “set your own schedule and expectations” but that’s not easier said than done when you’re on call for transportation and angry customers. Corporate management live in an alternate reality when it comes to “market relevance” and only care about shareholders and profits.

Pros

food days (very rare) , warehouse workers can get overtime. I liked talking to the people there. There are some good people there just trying to get ahead in life. there are others just trying to go cruise control and get a paycheck and then go home thats fine too.

Cons

culture in the community is not good. It's a culture of stealing, damaging equipment, carelessness, lack of communication, not taking accountability, not taking responsibility and blaming others. Not everyone is like that of course but that's the overarching theme. And because behavior like this remains unpunished, it only incentivizes more people to do it. I felt like I would be disadvantaged If I didn't do it myself. On top of that there is a sentiment of resentment towards leadership that is a result of bad or pointless decisions. It feels like decisions are made because of a need to appear like things are happening, not based on an actual logical need. many problems would be fixed if there was a better budget, but at the same time, much of the problems remain rooted in the culture and lack of belief in leadership
