Let me tell you something about myself first. Before joining this firm, I had an experience of 4 years in sales. But during these years, I changed a lot of companies. Soon after that, I changed my field to Content Writing. And trust me, this was the frst company where I worked for 2years at a stretch. The only thing I am here, is to praise this company due to the opportunity it provided me. Let’s get to the point and see for which type of candidates this firm suits best: 1. Candidates looking for Knowledge 2. Looking for a good growth (if you can contribute, they will reward you. believe me. I started as a trainee and became a TL in a year) 3. Top management is always there for you. Helping you and making you understand what to do and how to do it. The company owner would even sit with you to understand your problems. 4. Looking for responsibilities 5. The best part was my reporting head was a chilled out person. Yes she used to give me projects to handle every time. But we even used to play songs during work.

if you are not good at your work or don't want to work than the above good parts are not for you.

This firm is very efficient for learning. This company is very good for those who are research-oriented and can learn by putting their effort only. The owner of the company Mrs. Sonika Rawat is a very nice and kind-hearted woman. She never put work pressure on the employees. Now this company is going to be shifted to Noida for expanding their business.
