Pros
SysArc is a great place to work. The work schedule is flexible, they offer remote work, they care very much for their employees, management is extremely understanding and tries to work with you wherever possible, the salary is competitive, and there is room to grow. The employees here are knowledgeable, hard-working, helpful and make it such a fun place to work. I do not see myself leaving any time soon.
Cons
It's a small company so you don't have all the bells and whistles large corporations have, but they do their best within their means and are always looking for ways to improve.
