      1) You ll get preference if you are a person of profit 2) Work from home facility can be given if you have uninterrupted supply of electricity and internet 3) Flexible work timing

      Cons

      1) Favouritism prevails 2) No benchmark of salary depending on your experience and work 3) Growth is slow. Senior take credit of your work and your work will never show. Hence, no growth 4) HR isn't at all efficient 5) Work environment is not encouraging

      1. Challenging projects that won't left you boring 2. Seniors are very helpful 3. You'll get sufficient time to solve any problems or bugs. 4. Will get support and guide from management in any kind difficult situation 5. Several fun activities is there in between of work, so anyone does not feel stress 6. On time salary 7. Good salary hike based on your performance 8. Also developers boost up their knowledge and can learn new techs by the "Knowledge Sharing " session. I appreciate it very much.
