      Pros

      Great place to start an engineering career. Friendly people and space to share opinions and present ideas to improve the workplace. There is always a new challenge presented and always something to work on. Flexible work hours, free coffee and comfortable space to work.

      Cons

      Very short deadlines, disorganized, and too many projects. Expect to work extra hours to complete an assignment.
